Default Maximum Damage and More

Similar to Stormy's thread, but with new skills, secondary classes, and new legendary items added, new calculations are needed.

Do not use Special Abilities as any of the max hits. Max Hits are based off a single attack or cast. Double casts, double attacks, and trishots are acceptable. Bleed effects and bloodlets are acceptable.

For slow effects, use the slow % but as a negative.

Just repeat for multiple effects.

DO NOT multiply by 1+slow% to get your new delay. 1*1.4 is not the same as 1/0.6 and your answer will be wrong.

Max Crit Chance (2H Melee)- 70.57980351144212%

Level 100 Critical Strike = 75%
Level 100 Two Handed = x .60 = 45%
Critical Rune Rank 5 = x.94 = 42.3%
Legendary Sleeve = x.945 = 39.9735%
Legendary Sleeve = x.945 = 37.7749575%
Legendary Leg x .91 = 34.375211325%
Legendary Leg x .91 = 31.28144230575%
Epic Bow x .99 = 30.9686278826925%
Legendary Leg x .95 = 29.42019648855788%
100% - 29.42019648855788% = 70.57980351144212%

would like to point out there is a legendary helm that effects crit chance, and as such, there are still soo many more legendary pieces we dont know what they effect, therefore as of now, they should not be included in the calculations.

which is why i haven't done this yet. just be patient luk, we'll get around to it

we also dont know if the % chances will ever increase by more than the %'s of the first couple tiers. many are assuming no, but i'm hoping so.

For some items it appears to increase by 1%.

And thanks, forgot the helm.
