Default How to townwalk with your arrow keys

I created a video guide for a player and figured I'd let everyone have it as well. Just follow this link and download the file. If you don't have winrar, download it from here and unzip the file. Watch video 1 and 2, they'll give you all the information you need to install the program and set up your arrow keys. I've had several people test my guide, and they've all found it bug/virus free so far. If anyone finds anything wrong with it, please let me know and I'll delete it then start from scratch.

If it's against any forums rules (it's not as far as I can tell) please let me know and I'll delete this post as best I can.

I'd write it out here but it's really difficult to explain, which is why I made videos.

I use autohotkey myself.
The auto script writer is useful at first, and the command list is very well made.

Very nice, this has been discussed for years. It has also been debated and cleared by Glitchless, you are allowed to use any scripts/hotkey programs as long as they only work with human interaction. But I think linking any downloads to forums is frowned upon. Not sure though.

Bump. Currently having some issues with certain antivirus programs blocking it, I'm working on fixing that. Might have to make a new package.

From a simple low level transporting a dye press from t3 - t2 to making programs to move with arrow keys. Brilliant.

I don't really understand why players have to create hotkeys or use a program like the one Daer kindly made available.

If Glitch states that arrow keys for townwalking are the only allowed macros, why doesn't the arrow functionality become an addition in one of the next patches, and all macros are then forbidden?

Like that, all players could benefit from this functionality, instead of only those that are knowledgeable enough to use an external program.

Yes. Been confirmed and double checked, you won't get banned for using your arrow keys to townwalk.

it is jace....as long as the tool you are using requires an action from yourself to perform an in game action

i am curious if a voice module would be allowed though? sometimes my hands are tied up with paperwork and it'd be nice if i could make ppl think i am crazy by talking to my computer

There's an issue with certain antivirus programs blocking that file due to its nature. Honestly I'm probably going to take the whole thing down and rebuild it with a totally different program because I simply haven't found a workaround for that.

Hmmm I'll get around that. I didn't realise as it must have deleted it without warning straight from the zipped file during the download. I don't like AV's deleting stuff without prompting.
