Min damage armor set suggestion:

Vindemiatrix Diadem +4% of performing multiattacks +4% to avoid blocks or +4% to all blue ge effects
Vindemiatrix Chestpiece +18% min damage
Vindemiatrix Sleeves + 5% min damage +5% to avoid parries
Vindemiatrix Leggings +9% min damage and infused with high melee stats

VINDEMIATRIX is a star from Virgo constellation. Its a star of spirituality and sacrifice. There is another atar called Diadem just one degree away from the first one. Virgo is the sign that usually specialises at small details.

We have Regulus so why not add up another star haha. But i think multiattack helm could work out well for the set.

OR also could mix in some chance of gems cast other than DDs being unresistable to the armor pieces to make it more hybrid oriented.

I think the suit should focus on making minimum damage builds valuable. both melee and Grey and Blue DD's. or it could even raise the minimum damage of everything, but i'm not sure if this would be broken? I know archers can only make use of warhogs. so factoring in how well everything would add up, should be taken strongly into consideration and tested to not be broken on launch day.

I would honestly get rid of the anti-block, and anti-parry procs. they are completely useless PVE, and they aren't necessary PVP, because there are weapons suited for this purpose. They are situational and people just need to use them... (i.e. spear of providence, cudgel of cursed blood, ender of suffering, etc.)

unresistable DD's would just get people using lavabursts with the suit so i don't see the point in the suit making unresistable DD's, isn't the point to just make minimum damage viable? to actually see someone running blue DD's, or grey DD's. or actually want to run dual-wield pierce in PVP? O.o

If the chestpiece was meant to be for hybrids, a second proc similar to dragontamer's may be needed. Otherwise it could just remain as demonskull chestplate's counter-part.

Helm imo should also be hit chance. just my thoughts though ^-^

So T1 gear gives 54.6% min damage bonus?

Let's look at that on a T1 pierce/slash build with Rogue primary.

50*1.42*1.4*1.3*1.546 = 199.8

So you've got a weapon that is going to have an effective min/max of 200/300 with 23 delay, and it's bloodletting that min on every single hit with the piercer. I guess you could add hogs and potions to get even more insane. No other weapon is going to come anywhere close to that DPS.

Min damage and other complementary boosts would be more reasonable.

Helm: 3% to min damage and hit chance
BP: 6% to min damage and 3% pet haste
Sleeves: 3% to min damage and all psych magic effects
Leggings: 5% to min damage and has a 3% chance to double all bloodlet damage

Have good +melee stats on all the gear.

Axe of Soulstealing suggestion!

Variant 1
While wielding this weapon every 3rd successful melee attack will deal 750 Curse damage and heal the user for the same amount.

Variant 2
While wielding this weapon every 5th successful melee attack will trigger Slice and Dice with extra 30% life steal on that attack.

Variant 3
While wielding this weapon every 3rd successful melee attack will ignore enemy's mitigation and heal the user for extra 60% of damage dealt.

Its brand new mechanics to trigger proc not just by chance but by action count, will make this very reliable and feared weapon especially in 1 v 1!
