Default Runes need polishing

The epic Clarifying Rune Rank 6+++ states that it gives a bonus of MRe: 80.

Yet when linked it gives a bonus of MRe: 100.

I couldn't trace any 25% bonus to MRe stat in any of the skill descriptions. Is there something basic I am missing in order to understand this? If not, then please resolve this.

With 100 in stat enhancement, r6 runes (+80) always give 100 in that stat.

Tunnel vision also affects the CNC rune.
Stone and water affect the Agi and Cnt.

There's currently no distinction between runes and armor as far as skill descriptions go. Runes are considered armor for the purposes of bonuses. It could be worded better, though, to avoid confusion. In the future we should specify that the skill gives bonuses to weapons, armor, and runes.
