Default Reaper + Gravebound

How do they stack?

Is it

((Healing/1.3)/1.25)

or

(Healing*0.7*0.75)

or

(Healing/(1+.3+.25))

or

(Healing*(1-0.3-0.25)

?

Just wondering because Reaper + Gravebound is a big part of my strategy as a DK/Necro, since I get 37.389% reduction from Gravebound and 34.27325% reduction from Reaper. Hooray for DK/Necros!

For slow effects, use the slow % but as a negative.

Just repeat for multiple effects.

DO NOT multiply by 1+slow% to get your new delay. 1*1.4 is not the same as 1/0.6 and your answer will be wrong.
