Default Dark Priest

Staff users gain up to a 20% chance that any healing gem cast will cause the same damage amount and type to enemy target.

This skill should be affected by the Yellow Snow skill.

I did post this on page 20 in the ideas thread, also, per Glitchless' request. Please comment on it here or there. Thanks!

I had posted a similar idea long ago here http://forums.nodiatis.com/forums/sh...d.php?p=127235 but it didn't seem to be well received and this is certainly different.

no support imo, healing is strong enough already, and doesn't need to be offensive as well

In order to be affective at all with this type of damage, one would need to:
1. use a staff - most staff user are DD casters and aren't concerned with heals
2. use the angelic aura gem - not able to inflict any other type of damage except melee or DoT

Also, only 20% of the damage would be viable. Of course, 20% is only with the skill at 100. 20% was my go-to number and open for discussion. If this were an epic skill, that amount would be hard to achieve and certainly worthy of a healing "master".
