My Question of the day is. How does one determine the max potion you can use"with no Potion making skills" ?


No one seems to really know. i do know that there are Red #'s at the end of potions but those are the ability to USE said potion.

I'm trying to find out the max potion a lvl 16 can use.

Those numbers are what level you need to be to use the potion. Add 10 to that, and it's the potionmaking level you need to crraft them.

Two answers to this :

a level 16 toon, with no potionmaking skill (or potionmaking 16 or less) can use a potion with requirement 16 or lower

If they have potionmaking higher than that (say potionmaking 32) they can use a potion with a requirement of 32 or less.

To make any potion, you need potionmaking 10 higher than the skill listed to use the potion (so a potion that says potionmaking 30 needs a skill of 40 to make)

Invention rune and naturalist do help with potionmaking, no idea about potion using though.
