Default Skill Wording - Deflective Shield
"This skill provides a 100% chance of reflecting any DD or ranged attack you block back onto the attacker."

Ok, so I'll put 1 point in it on my shield user, and get 100%!!! Wooo!!

Should say, "This skill provides up to a 100% chance...." like all the other descriptions.

Don't know why it wasn't caught earlier, but thank you for fixing with the next patch Glitch!

It's not 100%? I thought if you have 100 in the skill, every time you block it deflects.

The way it is worded makes it seem like any level in the skill will provide 100% deflection.
