Default Class Ability Combos

In other games... when 2 or more people play a special move within a certain time frame of eachother it triggers a certain unique combo bonus. Would be very neat, though lots of thought would have to go into a unique bonus for all 1+1 and 1+1+1 unique combo variations.

some examples:

If a priest and a guardian CA are played w/in 3 seconds of eachother from the same team, both CA's are played + triggers the combo "Pulsar Wave" : a # non fading shield is played on whole team.


If an Alcoholic + Rogue + Ranger all play their CA's within a 3 second time frame, this triggers the combo "BladNOW!" : ruptures all fire and poison DoT damage on whole opposing team and adds # poison and # fire DoT damage after the rupture.


just some thoughts... really think some sort of team synchronized combo bonuses should be implemented..... would make team work and building interesting "whole-team" builds much more unique and important.

Not a fan of intrinsic combos. They are built into the game, predefined and predictable. Interesting combos are made by players combining builds and creating unforeseen powers.

It's like the Mortal Combat left, right, left, right, up, or whatever.. if you can hit the combo then you get the move. You don't make the move yourself and it's a verbatim move each time - like animality.

Nod isn't predefined moves, even if lots of sequences are done in a standard way, it is up to the player to uncover and make items/skills effective - instead of pushing these keys and just watch.

when players do that tho you seem to just throw nerfs there way so whats the point :P seems most arena lg's are nerfs to the winners / higher rated people and the tacts they used *looks at the useless frog*

The frog is like the three seashells. It works, you just don't know how to use it yet.
