Default Focused Defense Gem Change

I guess after 5 years, I still don't understand this game. Why would anyone for any reason want to stop their own regen? Unless this gem is like rabid and affects all on screen, I don't see it's purpose. If you don't want or need regen , you can use it as a dump stat, rather than buy an expensive gem that nullifies a vital stat. Don't really understand it on Hammer of Unity , either. Maybe if all the rest of the former effects apply also.

1. with 87.5% miti your gift of light heals are enough to keep you full hp
2. can use heal gems/vamps to stay full hp
3. has not addressed the issue of classes not getting their rightful bonuses

For slow effects, use the slow % but as a negative.

Just repeat for multiple effects.

DO NOT multiply by 1+slow% to get your new delay. 1*1.4 is not the same as 1/0.6 and your answer will be wrong.
