Default Rupture Bug

I've noticed that when using any HoT gem they simply won't rupture. As a HoT spell is nothing more than a self-targeted DoT with a negative damage value, I propose that this be fixed by allowing HoT gems to at least a chance of rupturing. For reporting this terrible bug, I feel I am entitled to 512534 timecards and a, 86% share in Glitchless LLC.

I made this thread jokingly, but I honestly do think that there should be a chance of HoT rupture.
