Default Final Stand

Epic Level 80 Protection skill
Up to 10% damage reduction when HP falls under 10%.

EDIT: alternative: up to 10% melee/ranged/draw haste when hp is under a certain amount.

For slow effects, use the slow % but as a negative.

Just repeat for multiple effects.

DO NOT multiply by 1+slow% to get your new delay. 1*1.4 is not the same as 1/0.6 and your answer will be wrong.

10% damage mitigation wouldnt really be noticable especially in deathblow range

deathblow range doesnt necessarily mean you use deathblow just means below 20% hp...for the average player 20% hp will be about 2k 10% being 1k....wana go with extremes youre looking at 4k and 2k ....any melee can hit that np in deathblow range...as with many casters who use staff damage and as for archers the can usually bladow by that point if they use DoTs just saying at that point in the battle an extra 10% mitigation wouldnt change much

It was intended to be not really noticeable.

There are alot of players having issues defeating tanks with Legendary Shields.
Anything to further empower them, will risk making them invencible.

Was thinking about this idea, and I'd rather see a defensive skill to reduce the chances of the initial crit bonuses.. would be a nice way to balance dillos and groups of 2hs etc etc

well, db starts at 20 i think. so against db this skill likely wont even kick in, since they just blast you to pieces as soon as you drop under 20%. not too much of a counter there...
barely noteiceable is all nice and good, but i really fail to see the point here.

Actually the more you weigh the harder it works, and lessens your life expectancy!

there are alot of things that works you heart, not just the amount you weigh. a well toned, muscular person will weigh more than a fat person, due to muscle weighing more than fat, and they will have a longer life expecancy than a fat person.

are you trying to get people to hate you, as me and smashy are not exactly friends, but we both seem to find you a bit of at blight on the world
