this thread is just to throw player based idea's out there (good or bad) to give glitchless team any more idea's. they may already have it down and just working out the details but never hurts to try.

guess ill start

upon completing a pilgrimage you can right click any of the four main stat skills which gives the obtion to permanently remove the xp penalty by paying x amount of gold or tc's until you begin your next pilgrimage. each is unlocked individually and amount must be payed again to unlock another. could also have it unlocked in tiers starting from low cost for smaller chunk of penalty removed to largest.

my first thought like i said good or bad however it may be, any other input or idea's appreciated.

I'd rather not have my reward for reaching 90 be: Congratulations you just spent 3750 hrs of RRT to reach this amazing milestone! Now to speed up redistributing your stats all you have to do is START OVER! I personally am at 60b exp and there are others with more then that. Asking us to not only reset the EXP but also lose all the gold that comes with unsb LG gear isn't just unacceptable it's downright insulting to suggest that we go that route as an intended path.

Lol I think people have spent faaaaaaaar too long thinking boon is OP, now they think rerolling is super easy. It's expensive, if you have legendairies you lose most of the gold you spent on them, it takes weeks or months to get back to your former exp total in the best of circumstances and that's assuming you burn insane amounts of rrt.

Here is a thematic defense of the current rebuilding of a level 90 character. If you can't understand it, then do more reading.

The path is laid before us. Aspire to follow it or dare not to tread it, shorted by none. Eyes glint to glory, man! 'Tis as was ordrest and unto acceptance be thou sojourner. Nay, an honor!
Onward, pilgrim!

solution: anyone who has finished a pilgrim has no penalties. untraining first 4 stat skills costs gold per level untrained, even if you don't have stats distributed.

For slow effects, use the slow % but as a negative.

Just repeat for multiple effects.

DO NOT multiply by 1+slow% to get your new delay. 1*1.4 is not the same as 1/0.6 and your answer will be wrong.

Or...just make it so when you complete a pilgrim, you actually complete it, and no longer have to suffer penalties.

We could have another epic quest type daily task which each successive completion lowers the penalty say 1 percent per and is free to run once per day afterwards it cost 100k for each successive attempt in that day's time. With that set up someone could spend roughly 10m gold to unlock it in a day or 2 OR take about 3 months to unlock it for free.

I dont like penalties to stay after priglimage, affects builds flexibility badly

The logic behind this is that you can change your build if needed for a small price, but can't exploit it by finishing pilgrimage as quickly as possible by doing 86/86/86/86 and then not having penalties for your actual build.
