Default dot bonuses

do all the dot bonuses go by the base damage of the spell or are they multiplicative? as in if i had a dot that done 100 damage and i was a necro with maxed out class skills, 100 dark patience and a leg that gave me 10% dot bonus would it be 100x1.75 (175) or 100x1.15x1.5x1.1(189.75)?
