There is a skill called mitigated penalties. the only items i see with penalties are enchantments. this skill is used to make enchantments more valuable since they lower what they take off less right?

yes the skill mitigated penalties will make you lose less points due to the negatives on your enchants

Yes, you can normally only take a stat down to a minimum of 50 with all the penalties, with mitigated penalties skill you would be able to reduce it further (and gaining more on the bonus 'side')

1. I am trying to get a quest in north dread. I skipped a couple of quests in orc camp and moss dungeon. when i request a quest it keeps cycling back to those two quests. do i have to go back and do one of those to get a north dread quest? Ialready did the quests in north passage.

2. if i untrain a skill point. i am guessing i get a pool of skill points I can use elsewhere right? Where is that pool kept? So if i untrain a level 10 to a level 9 skill point, i can then raise a skill point from level 49 to 50? that seems somewhat unbalanced due tot he difference in XP.

You have to cycle through those quests until you complete them, or your lvl is too high to get any exp from them.

You lose the skill points from any skill you untrained.

Untraining is more useful in Crafting and Artistry skills, if you decide to change. You can only get 2 of these skills above 20.

Not a problem I've encountered yet

what is the point of crafting and artistry? if you can get the same items in stores. is it just to sell them to people?

i saw a skill th at makes it easier to flee while being stalked. what does stalked mean?

crafting and artistry can be used to make gold...craft armor weapons etc etc ...also epics can be crafter and those cant be bought in stores

being stalked is when either a PK(or PKK) has forced on you or someone has initiated a clan battle on you and you are in combat with a mob

1. I become a PK if i just kill someone I am not in a clan war right? If I die as a pk, my character is dead permanently right? What if a PK kills me? What happens? Do I lose rested time? What about if I die in a clan war? Do PKs get experience for killing characters?

2. Crafting and Artistry: Do people do this to get epic items or to get items to sell in auction? It doesnt seem to useful? What do you get for gardening?

fishing: scales for enchant

what about mining, woodcutting, foresting? etc... ? is there a thread for what each crafting and artistry gives you?

3. it looks like it takes over 1 year of premium to max all learning skills. is that about right?

yes
you go back to lvl 1 and lose all of your skills items and gold
a pk can loot 1 stack of items off of you when they die
you dont lose rested time
you go back to town and ur clan loses rp equal to your levelx100
PKs dont get exp from PKing

they do it to get gold by making and selling epic items or to make items that they themselves can use
gardening gives u veggies which are used to make oils to make leather

i cant answer the question about learning but i can say this ive played my main charcter for bout 9 months and all learning are around 30 but ive also gone back to lvl 1 for PKing several times so my results are skewed

what is the point of pkilling? You don't get much for it.

I read somewhere to tell how good a weapon is you have to compare delay to accuracy (on top of damage).

There are 2 staffs in t6
Staff 1: 6-34 damage, delay 22, accuracy poor
Staff 2: 8-51 damage, delay 38, accuracy exceptional

if i take damage out also, how do i tell what is better comparing delay and accuracy.

PKing is just fun theres no point in it i just PK to have the fun of the chase

lower delay=faster
accuracy is rated poor normal good great excellent exceptional epic

im not exactly sure about the accuracy variable in determining dpd but the formula for delay is
(min damage+max damage) divided by 2 all divided by the delay

how do you factor in accuracy? so the formula is average damage divided by delay.

Staff 1: .909
Staff 2: .7

However, staff 1 has a poor accuracy and staff 2 has an exceptional accuracy. Staff two is a level 26 staff and staff 1 is a level 25 staff.

These staffs are expensive, i cant buy both and test them. I have an average quality accuracy staff and i hit most of the time. I dont have exact numbers. So I dont know how much different the accuracy of the staffs will be.

Can someone advice?

Is there a website that tells you the ratio of combat to spirit trophies in an area? I am a level 22 wizard and in the rocklands. I get about 60% combat trophies. I need more spirit. I know m oss level 2 i s 100% spirit, but I am too high a level for that. the trophy drops wont be that good.

Flashus - Home is a great site for crafting/resourcefulness info as well as trophy drop rates.

Accuracy is supposed to be something like 3-4.5% boost in hit chance per acc lvl. Don't remember where glitch posted this offhand

is there a website that says the trophies of different areas? some are more spirit than combat. I need spirit. I am level 25 and in the obsidian swamp. I was handling it fine at level 24. I can probably handle some place harder. It looks like the next 2 places are orc fortress and moss level 3. moss level 2 was 100% spirit, so I am guessing that moss 3 is all spirit.

I have grinder, but it still takes a while to move around. I am hoping someone has a website with the data.
