EDIT: I can't give you (Ravenskar) any until I "spread some around". I gave + rep to Sherman. Maybe he'd be so kind as to post a screenshot of what symbol is represented by my meager 123 points.

i forgot jeff posted that...basically the two different shapes we see are all rectangles (dispite the non-rectangular appearance on the smaller one) .
...the small ones mean the person that gave it is a peon, large boxes are uber. light boxes are good orange boxes are bad.

large red one - rep small red one - less rep

its less because that persons rep/post count is low
