I queued from like, 7pm server time to 7am server time periodically yesterday. Queue times seemed fine I was able to do a good 85 matches.

I've queue'd anywhere from 5 pm to 3am - server time. This has been daily. Typically with a minimum of 3 in queue. I saw nothing like s2 queue. For the most part it was approx 4-6 minutes between matches (across all toons) and they often overlapped.

Slow queue is like getting so frustrated about it you drop to only queue'ing one toon and still have time to have a fifteen to 20 minute quicky....

I have been qing at a different time range then this mostly, It is faster in the evening and at night during the time u are q ing

Interesting... I know I see Pale toon talking in u/civ a lot of the time I play. Slow during specific parts of the day is unavoidable due to player base, but for a, seemingly, 5-6 hour overlap, I'm not sure why our queue times are so different from each other. >,>

Players also need to remember that the Q will not interrupt your first PvE fight since last arena fight. If you are fighting creatures that take a long time to kill, that will obviously increase your Q times.

A mixed system with a small static bonus for being in queue, plus bonus for matches played/won might work to encourage more participation.

A few years back I suggested decaying rating gains every day based on win/loss (rather than a static cap), with more decay for a loss than a win. The same concept could be applied to bonus to get people to really incentivise winning, both for rating and bonus.
