Servers down

forums are working it seems. Both servers are down. Stand alone client will get you to log-in page. But, unable to log-in. Web version pages will not load at all.

Awww it only took 18 minutes for a bug report to happen was wondering how long it will take Yes both servers seem to be down, probably cause of arena end and they need to be manually restarted by glitch at least we shall know when he wakes up

Why down AGAIN... !!! Servers have worked a great time and now twice in 9weeks down,... this time give ALL Players an exchange and not only the ones logged in at crush...

Its also possible its ongoing investigation related to arena , where tons belonged to same person end up in same match due proxy services or certain browsers has been used to exploit the system and cheat system guard that was set in place to prevent toons on same ip being in same match.

This is an ongoing issue lately and might be looked at before rewards are handed out.

I wouldn't be surprised if we see some punishments after server is back on.

BUT you are NOT Jeff, Love when people assume things. the server went down glitch was just as surprised as we all were. There is probably nothing going to happen to the same IP thing as there are to many variables and the arena season is now over as for punishments if Dorcas only got a 1 year arena ban what makes you think this will be any worse in punishment. Anyways we're all awaiting Nod servers return to life so lets just sit on our hands and not post assumptions or "if I was jeff this is what I would do" scenarios.

I only expressing my opinion /speak my mind. There is few things that bothers me but it's my personal point of view in the name of fair play. I'm in no way telling anyone what to do (especially Jeff).

Some of my suggestions got implemented and it makes me feel I contributed to community in positive way.

I don't expect everyone to agree with me or like me .

However I like exchange of opinions as it makes me look at things from different perspective .

Honestly if someone tells me that my idea is dumb (remember to always criticize ideas not a person) and prove it why , I more likely be thankful other than angry . At the end I learned something new /collected another puzzle of complicated human mind

The issue with your idea is when people go to visit eachother they share same IP adress and then when going back home they have different IP adress again. I do agree tho that in somewhat be able to do something about the massive toonsharing during arena. BUt about the first part, i hope this arena format never will happen again..

Interesting. You state that it's your opinion, and yet, you ask if someone wants to tell you your idea is dumb, they provide PROOF that it is, and why it is.

You made a completely random statement - your opinion - that maybe Glitch was investigating arena placings. Absolutely NO 'proof' to back it up.
And yet you ask that, if someone wants to throw your idea out as random nonsense (which it probably is), then they provide PROOF to back it up.

You are applying completely different standards to what you come up with, to any replies.

That is called being an absolute hypocrite.

Far more likely that something in the coding that told Nod arena was over, then fell over at the reboot. The simplest explanations are usually the most correct.

Current prognosis is a failed HDD. We are having the disk replaced at this time.

This should not cause any data loss beyond a potential 5 minute roll back for players who were on at the time. After we have the server back online, however, it could take us a while to do the data restoration and get Nodiatis running again, depending on which disk failed.
