We already know dual-wielding whip users are over powered in player versus enemy combat. Please show me some dual-wielding slash users or bow users soloing some bosses 20 levels above your own, then I'll be impressed.

heh probably nobody would care about this either.
<3 staves damage. they crit 50% of the time, bloodlet 70% of the time and even crit 500+. Its not here but you can imagine.

Klippi that is actually really impressive and im starting to think that at the end of the game it might be worth it actually.
However, i do have to tell you that with dds you can 1hit those mobs at lvl 80, i used to be able to do that in Great Dam vs black mobs also which is awesome for farming but i am actually starting to see a huge potential in staff damage at end game play, in pvp ofc.
My point or my idea so far is that i think for farming you should go dds to kill faster but at the end i think staff damage in pvp would make a huge difference especially with the epic staff but that would require sacrifice in pvp changing build a little etc idk, im waiting for you to confirm it.

Haha, not quite yet. But I would like to see how well i perform with a 99 epic with my current skills (db is only 49 and the rest of my dps staff skills are 69-79) Thats not enough to beat your slashers.
i got dumpy to like half with those conditions though. right dumpy?

staves are basicaly normal 2hers with a bonus. 99 will crit for 1k+ easily with appropriate skills/str, with db ofc. could get to almost 1k or at least 1k without db.. most high lvl staves will crit for 1k+ with db
