Acceleration Upgrade : no Paypal option?

Is there no way to get the Acceleration Upgrade via PayPal? There seems to only be TC and cash options...

Or do I buy TC's with PayPal and then buy Acceleration Upgrade with TC's?

It actually wolud be cheaper to buy 11 TC's with PayPal and then use them for the Acceleration Upgrade (due to discount for buying in bulk). I just want to be sure I don't have to wait a week or something to immediately use the TC's to buy the Accel Upgrade

Where do the TC's end up going when I buy them? I'm guessing I better have an open storage slot?

if u use TCs to buy it u get in instantly (u can buy TCs with paypal and use those and yes it is cheaper)
the TCs when bought immediately go to your inventory
