Resourcing Exp missing?

I have a character with level 100 woodcutting. After i finally went through all that hell, getting roughtly 31K / woodcut with 85% penalty (or is it 95% as well?) i switched to collection and now i get 95K / woodcut with no penalty since that skill was 0 and now it's 36 and player level is 73

Can someone explain as to why is that? Same farming spot, same runes, a bit higher learning skills, so i should improve, not decrease,

Somehow it makes me feel deprived of boon...

glitch reduced the penalty for those type of skills.

in saying, the max penalty isnt 95% for them anymore. i cant remember the exact % it is, but it shouldnt be hard to work out based on what your getting.

I was wondering the same thing Merrick in terms of Enchanting.. I was getting roughly 191 or 198k exp per stone at full penalty.. And Like 590k when I went to craftsmanship and assembly.. Keep in mind, hes a Craftsman/Adventurer with PK status..
