Actually Moolly and Bessie are on loan, it was all from buying TCs mostly.

The first 50 fights for level 100 recognition have been posted. No boss encounters yet, unsurprising based on the known encounter rate of 1.3% with 0 recognition.

I deleveled my recognition for boon last month, and since then so much annoying random bosses.
Maybe, its just me getting paranoid, but perhaps might be Recognition does reduces boss encounters.

Yeah it could be, we'll see though. Got lots of things going on that are slowing down my testing but it will be completed and we should get a pretty good idea.

I popped up with an awesome idea for recognition!

Recognition would be brilliant if a black market would exist. A traveling merchant that wanders through towns that pops up instead of a random boss encounter. The higher the recognition the higher tiers he would sell or the rarer the resource would be, the higher recognition you need to have to buy it! He wouldn't be selling the normal stuff you can buy in the towns but he will be selling random plants, ores, silks, dusts, fish, ... ofcourse not infinite... maybe drop a random pet in it aswel cause he is constantly traveling between towns and unknown areas and encounters weird stuff!

About his prices... would have to be cheaper or more expensive than AH price. i'm a little stuck there but i think that idea could be brilliant.

You could even make it sell LG and epic consumables or master plans (would also fix probs on server2)

Tell me what you think of this

and sorry if i said this in a wrong topic... didn't know really if i needed to make a new one or not...

interesting. but hard to sell the resources. higher or lower than auction house prices...prices can vary a lot. t30 dyes can sell at 200k some months or be above 500k. glitch won't be willing to keep track of prices for every single resource to adjust merchant prices probs.

It's a good idea, but it's already been established what recognition does...
A new skill for that would be nifty tho

By that do you mean the thread where pkp disproves it himself in his post after Marcus?http://forums.nodiatis.com/forums/sh...ht=recognition
*Watches Sox complain link he can click on is too long*

Or the one where there was a huge number of tests in jvance's thread ?http://forums.nodiatis.com/forums/sh...ht=recognition
..a whopping sample size of 5.

Or is there another older thread with actual evidence to support trophy theory?

I've had recognition deleveled for a few months now and I'm getting a lot of random bosses ONLY when I'm actually walking around. The rate of boss encounters seem to remain unchanged when I'm farming the same square.
