Maybe they did 16x and 4x because they also added dominance and territory gains from ARENAS

originally max you could get from alligned cb 85*10=850 now max you can get from alligned cb 85*80=6800...where was the nerf here?


seems to me killing about 10 alts every 4 hours in an alt war to gain 68000 would be easier than killing 10 every 15m for 8500....may just be me...either way great patch glitchy love that you finally did away with alt wars and made clan warfare a viable part for those of us who dont wish to live in constant fear while farming but still wish to enjoy the occasional PvP

ahem...tboog never had an alt clan...we fought anyone and everyone who was yellow due to alignment......

Lightbulb Compromise

I have an idea that may keep the whiners happy and still let me have my fun.

If you are forced into a clan battle and lose, you receive a 4 hour immunity. This is how it works now. I'm ok with htis.

If you force someone into a clan battle and lose, you receive a 1 hour immunity. My willingness to fight should have some effect on my ability continue my cause.

The numbers are just suggestions. I have faith that Glitch will be able to find a sense of balance that keeps my victims happy and still allows me to fail once in a while.

This seems fair those that do not want to participate in wars are often the forcees rather than the forcer so they still get their 4 hours. But those that actively hunt and seek prey want to use the system like it was intended and have less of an immunity period on themselves.

As boog said the numbers could be tweaked or even a skill added to decrease the forcers time from 4 hours at level 0 to 1 hour at cap.

I'd put real wars back to 15 minutes like they were. Adding territory and dominance to arena battles has pretty much eliminated the need for monthly "alt" wars. Folks who are now in aligned clans or clans that have real wars are in them because they want to be, which should mean they want to fight real clan battles. If they don't want to fight real clan battles, then they can revert the clan to neutral status.

And for what it's worth, the current four hour immunity pretty much eliminates "alt" wars also.

best idea ive seen posted so far

would allow people like me who dont spend 100% of our time hunting in cb to enjoy the occasional cb hunt as well as not have to constantly live in fear of our farming being interrupted by someone who is hunting us

i dont like the idea of a4 hour immunity. for clan battles it would be great for people looking to farm though. but for those choosing to align themselves, other than neutral, should be prepared to fight for their beliefs. minnimize alighnment immunity. or is this the begining to a new skill to lower the immunity time. if that is the route make base 2 hous and 2 skills 1: lowers imune time 2: raises immune time
