Default Range Haste and Legendary Armor

I know the range haste gem aura and the range haste special effect from the 78 epic quiver do not stack. It's one or the other, whichever is highest, I guess.

How about the range haste effect on the breastplate in Fa'ar and the shield in Andol? Are those auras, or like the built-in range haste that comes with all quivers? Do they stack with anything?

In other words, could the epic 99 quiver with 41% range haste, the 95 legendary breastplate with 10% (?) range haste and 95 legendary shield with 5% (?) range haste AND a range haste aura all be used together?

Thanks if anyone has figured out the answer.

TJ

I wanna say yes since they are innate bonuses instead of "each shot will provide a 8% range haste on the user" but that is my thoughts and wishful thinking.

its a 8% haste on the bp tj.

and im gonna say yes, as they seem like the rune specials more then an aura. it isnt casting an aura or anything, its an innate bonus for having that gear equipped.

Logic would lead us to believe that it stacks.

For slow effects, use the slow % but as a negative.

Just repeat for multiple effects.

DO NOT multiply by 1+slow% to get your new delay. 1*1.4 is not the same as 1/0.6 and your answer will be wrong.

Unless it specifically states that it provides you with an aura (which none of the new armors or any of the runes do) then you can safetly assume it stacks.
