Default Maximum Damage and More


Similar to Stormy's thread, but with new skills, secondary classes, and new legendary items added, new calculations are needed.

Do not use Special Abilities as any of the max hits. Max Hits are based off a single attack or cast. Double casts, double attacks, and trishots are acceptable. Bleed effects and bloodlets are acceptable.

DO NOT multiply by 1+slow% to get your new delay. 1*1.4 is not the same as 1/0.6 and your answer will be wrong.
