Default The Best Ideas I Have

After a very unsuccessful thread, due mostly to the fact that nobody wanted to read all the suggestions that I had lumped into one huge thread, I have decided to make this thread.

This thread has ideas that I've deemed 'the best', including my ideas and those of others. I seriously believe Nodiatis would be better if these ideas were implemented. If you feel some ideas should be added just post them below.

My Ideas:

Riposte
Level 40 Protection Skill
Every point in this skill provides a .25% chance (.5% chance if using piercing weapons) to immediately attack an enemy whose attack you just parried.

I have decided to explain this skill, because I had trouble getting the wording right.

Let's say I am Dual Wielding two Daggers of Dragonbreath. A mob attacks me, and I parry the attack. I have level 90 Riposte skill. I now have a 45% chance to instantly attack the mob that dealt the attack that I parried.

Another example: I am using the same items, but in the arena. I am targeting Player 1, and parry an attack from Player 2. I will continue to target Player 1, but Player 2 will be damaged by the Riposte attack, should it occur.

Who would this help? This would be a buff to any pierce users, including Rogues, and it would be a huge buff to Tacticians.

Reverse Auctioning

Reverse auctioning would be the ability to actually offer what you are willing to pay for an item; in gold, Time Cards, and items.

An example: I want to buy a Zombie Scale Claw. I go to the Auction House, and
choose that I want to buy a Zombie Scale Claw. Then I offer items from my storage, and gold. (Storage items must be in the same location.) I would offer a TC and 75k gold. (Yes, it's unrealistic, just proving a point.)

This would allow people to offer to buy an item that may not be on the Auction House yet, or be able to offer items for items on the AH, or simply counter-offer.

This feature would decrease the time it takes for people to sell items, because they can have offers before they even put the item up for auction.

Superiority
Level 80 Stat Skill
Every point in this skill increases all damage dealt to enemies below your level by .25% (.5% for grey enemies.)

DO NOT multiply by 1+slow% to get your new delay. 1*1.4 is not the same as 1/0.6 and your answer will be wrong.
