Just throwing out some ideas here.

Demon Eye: Chance on crit to apply an aura which reduces manergy regen rates by 7%, in addition to existing effects.

Ender: Chance to reduce total value of heal over time effects affecting target by 8% on critical hit, in addition to current effect.

Perhaps reduce block/parry avoid and add some hit chance.

Unity: Same effect, but block and parry chance stacks with all other teammates using Unity at half effectiveness. (So if 2 teammates have Unity t1 at 5%, they are both treated as having a 5% plus a 2.5% bonus. If you use 1 and each of your teammates uses 2, you are treated as if you have a 14.5% bonus instead of 5%.)

Doubler: In addition to current effect, 8% chance on melee crit to make an additional immediate attack with this weapon.
