Either change the .bmp to .jpeg or whatever else at the end of your file name/type to lower the size of a picture. I'm not really sure it makes much of a difference, but the type of file does. If i took college classes for computers i could tell ya, sadly i dropped the class.
As for the fact that 'no one likes snitches', no one likes noobs either. So why not kill one bird with two stones and be both? Yeah, I get it. "How the hell else do you make real outside money with the game without selling your character?" Sell it to a friend you can talk to outside of the game. Like MSN maybe? There are ban requests on here for spamming, a BANNABLE OFFENSE, so why the hell not for character trading, ALSO A BANNABLE OFFENSE.

since char trading is not an actively looked for offense I highly doubt he will be banned. it was done in PM's which is private. If done in auctions though, you will probably get banned.
