It's also a problem on S2. Everyone higher than level 2060 is still in HC. Once they train, their level drops back to 2,060. From there, every exp click is a stat transfer. Stats don't seem to be affected until the levelling train that drops them down to 2,060, so anyone that avoids training during their faux Hard Cap should be able to maintain their level and stats until the problem is fixed.
