Private Beast Changes
The Ash Collector allows players to summon private (and public) beasts from his secret location. Previously he would teleport you to a random global location for public and privates. Confusion was ensuing when the location of the private was in a spot where the summoner did not have the gear to travel. The beast would appear in the proper location but the summoner would be kicked back to 100, Sur, 100.
Private beasts are now only summoned on the surface and furthermore you must have aqua lungs to summon privates at all. This should help alleviate confusion and ensure summoners have access to private summons.
