Weapon / Armor / Gems / Etc.. Progression Lists

It's back!

This is my listing of items found throughout Nodiatis. Currently through Fa'ar

http://www.tinyurl.com/chrismlist

Special thanks to Minroth for helping me update this listing!

Special thanks to Adino for supplying screenshots of the Ustenar items!

Special thanks to Kyron for video of the items in Fa'ar!

I hope to have an update in the near future to include more epics, legendary items, and some various corrections. All feedback is welcome!

Brief example

Here is a (very brief) example of what I am talking about. I'll try to keep collecting information like this:

Town: Fenelia

-- The Inn --
Fire Treated Bow
Cost: 870 (217)
Weight: 6 Rock
Rarity: Uncommon
Prereq: Archery(8)
Damage: 1 - 21
Delay: 47
Accuracy: Good
Max Arrow weight: 604 Sand
Dex: 1

EDIT: Deleting most of this post as I have compiled all of my info into a spreadsheet above

doctor-warlord 07-21-2008 05:39 AM

this detailed no one has done yet but doug made one that was less detailed

Most likely I will make such database on NodiatisHQ site but not sure when.
If you feel like it you can help me by sending the info for each town.

Adamska 07-21-2008 05:23 PM

I am doing something like this, but I am dividing it into types of items, and within each type, I am putting where it is found.

I am including: Name, Level, Damage, Delay, Accuracy, Price, and where it is found.
I am putting the stuff into a Database, so it will be searchable and sortable.

Suggestion:

You can use colors on "Rarity" section to make Epic or Rare items more visible.

Would you be interested in eventually putting this on a wiki so several people could update when they hit new towns?

Chrism 10-22-2008 09:22 PM

I have no problems with anyone using this data for anything... and getting it into a more easily accessible form would be nice for other players, but I hardly have the motivation to start that myself.

I have been putting a little bit at a time into a wiki that a friend of mine started but it still needs a lot of work. His site is at nodiatis.wikia.com

How can i use a Discarded Tin Aspis?

Emperor006 01-20-2009 02:16 PM

This is really a great compilation Chrism.

Do you know the specific percentage bonus / detractor that each level of accuracy conveys, relative to 'Normal'?

Chrism 01-20-2009 06:45 PM

According to Jeff it should be about 3% better hit chance per accuracy level

Just dropping in to say thank you for the spreadsheet.

Gru 01-29-2009 05:15 PM

I have correctly adapted the spreadsheet to Google Docs.

Here's the public link -> Nodiatis - Google Docs

Chrism, I sent you a PM, but I never heard back. If you want to maintain the doc, then let me know and I will add you as an editor.

Separated most of the items to their own sheets.

Removed unneeded columns.

Repaired damage output formula.

Thanks for the good work Gru... the version i saw at first looked nice but the list is just so long that it would have been hard to use. The one you linked to here though is a nice change with the individual sheets.

Sorry I'm a little slow to respond some times, but as far as editing goes, I'll just keep posting my list here, if you don't mind maintaining it, then this could be a much better way for people to use this resource

Would you mind if I just added you as an editor for the file on Google Docs? You would find it delightful to maintain there.

lol Chrism you really want to edit this document...Chrism you really want ot edit this document...

Ok i'm kidding, I actually enjoy using excel with the copy that I use. I took the last up to date copy from a few months ago and started updating it myself a while back and love it. Googledocs has its limitations.

I've even added a couple more worksheets of my own for other things I've gathered like echanting/crafting tables, Mob list w/levels, resourse list with what zones you can gather each resource in.

Google Docs spreadsheets can do darn near anything Excel does. And, I was simply extending Chrism the right of first refusal, since he did start this project.

If anyone has any additions, please attach them here (or simply post them if it's one or two items) and I will update the sheet. Even though I enjoy this kind of stuff, it would be nice if someone threw me a bone once in a while! :p

Gru 01-30-2009 10:47 AM

Just one thing, Chrism... Would you edit the fp to reflect that there actually is a working Google Doc version of this, and that it's viewable like a simple web page?

Spreadsheet updated! T8 added, New Epics added, Color Coding for Rarity and Healing pets added.

The file is now too large for this forum (even the stripped down version) so I have had to host it on another site. See the first post in this thread for details.
