??? IDK Whats Going ON!!! A Super Noob's CRY FOR HELP!!!???

I am very new to this whole style of MORPG and was hoping for some help.

How do you learn how to play this game or at least give a quick run down on how to get to level 1? I dont see any posts about it and it would really help to get some guidance of any kind. I apologize if asking something like this is inappropriate, and if it is disregard this post and I apologize.
