im not gone from civ just wanted to see something.

It used to be that when one was out of rested time, a message would pop up after EVERY SINGLE battle telling the player that they were out of rested time, to buy a time card, etc. I made the suggestion that the message be cut down to one reminder for free accounts. The idea was implemented, and set the groundwork for the grinder upgrade.

Thing is that I can't promote anyone... It says I need runepower, which I cannot buy... so... I'm kinda lost... Only hope I got is that Jeff or some admin remove it for me.

So, what shall I do you think? It's a bit annoying ^^
