New skill

i was wondering if it would be possible to add a new skill that increased char drop rate. i also think that this skill should ba harder to atain than other skills.

Wouldnt be so bad to have a new skill like Luck that increases a certain percentage for better drops ^^..

I still think that drop rate is fine how it is, darkharvest already gives a 45% boost. Making it easier to get is only going to make ash worth less again.

The whole point of ash drops is to get ash not to sell the ash drops. If you want to make gold build a kd.

It increases ash gained per drop, obviously not the amount of drops. It has the same effect, whether people are ashing them themselves or selling to others who will do likewise.

i like this idea, and maybe instead of just increasing drop rates, increase the chances of getting good drops like Wob said. like having a better chance at getting good drops off beasts and in the shrine/keeps, etc. it doesnt have to make the chances a whole lot higher, that would just devalue things even more.

Crystals and other high end items are valuable because of their rarity. People who want to obtain them more easily by making them easier to get due to a new skill or whatever, if it has any effect at all on drop rates, then they will devalue because they are now easier to get. And that would defeat the purpose of having these hard to obtain items, as well as defeating your drive to get them as they would now no longer be the rare and valuable items you sought originally.

I change my mind, i recently had an idea after being silly in chat, the new skill should be called Awesomeness, dont really know what it would do, but i think that would be a good new skill name. maybe it could affect how well you do things in the game, ie, how many gf points you can get, or slightly makes all your skills more efficient. just an idea, probably just childish, but i think it would be funny and cool for an Awesomeness skill.
