haha cute, No way would I ever leak a bug with the potential for devestation as the one I THINK i found. Its very possible i found nothing but a one time glitch, but I sent jeff an email detailing what happened and the rest is in his hands.

There is a 100 time card reward for anyone who first reports a method of repeatedly duplicating items out of thin air. 100 time cards because we don't think any such bugs exist =)

E-mail help@nodiatis.com if you think you might have something though.

I'm working on it, so far I've encountered a few "item doesn't exist" errors, but I've also gotten this new message which, I think, is quite interesting.

"Illegal server request code 384skjf0912."

Sounds like I'm going where no man has gone before.

Of course, this is a glitch, though not one easily done on accident, it came while I was messing around. I'll keep trying, though, and if I find a dupe glitch, I'll let you know immediately.

Want me to message you the details on how I got this to happen?

No that won't be necessary. If you are seeing that message it means the server is catching the problem and preventing it. The unique error code that follows is only of importance if the error message is something that can be done under normal circumstances and not the result of purposeful messages intended to trick the server. As always, honest players are encouraged to try to break the system in order to find and report errors but this is an area where it will be highly difficult to get anything more than an odd error message.

I'll be honest, the security on this game is pretty tight. The things I'm trying are things that no sane player would try, and it's preventing me, even though it SHOULD have no clue what I'm doing. >_> Maybe if I approach from the opposite direction, it'll prevent me from doing something I SHOULD be able to do, and I'll get it to glitch that way...? I don't know, this game's security feels... organic, somehow. Reactive.

I haven't fully finished messing around, but the walk from Castille to Stronhad is killer on my rested time, and my weekend (Noddy time) is coming up tomorrow.

Theres a few things i can think to try that ive learned over the years but i wont try anything too drastic, but ill see what i can do and e-mail Jeff anything that I might figure out. So far i tried getting into java and downloading pics from the Nod site and trying to reupload "drag/drop" into my inventory but no uploading allowed and the other pages just say "not authorized" thats far as im going with that but ill try to see if I can do anything while actually playing the game like messing around with diff gem combos or trying to enchant other items like 2 armors into trophies etc.. this game ROCKS I plan on being here for a long time to come.. LOVE the game, thank you Jeff there is MUCH fun to be had here. I also agree that the security on the game is very good
